Josie Huffman was born and raised in Texas. Her undergraduate degree is a Bachelor of Science in Nursing from the University of Texas at Tyler. She practiced as a labor and delivery nurse for 4 years prior to attending medical school at the University of Texas Health Science Center at San Antonio. She then moved to North Carolina for obstetrics/gynecology residency at Wake Forest University in Winston Salem.
Josie is a Junior Fellow in practice of the American Congress of Obstetricians and Gynecologists. She is a member of the Alpha Omega Alpha Honor Medical Society. She and her husband have two children. She enjoys crafts, reading, traveling and adventures with her family. |
