Obstetrics Practices in Raleigh NC
Our mission is to provide women in the Triangle area with the highest quality prenatal care, and diagnoses consistent with the needs and goals of our expectant mothers.
At Blue Ridge OB/GYN, we provide both low- and high-risk pregnancy care in Raleigh NC. Our deliveries are performed at WakeMed North Hospital, which offers excellent in-house anesthesiologists (epidurals) and state of the art labor suites.
We want your pregnancy and birth to be the experience that you hoped for. We support our patients who choose a natural birth process as well as the mothers who choose medical or epidural pain relief. We respect the birth plan of our expectant patients, and we will do our best to make “your miracle” – a reality.
We routinely perform first trimester sonograms in our office. We have a full-time sonographer in our office to offer ultrasound evaluations.
Conceiving and Pregnancy Care
Routine Pregnancy Care
Duke obstetricians and OB specialists provide prenatal care to women who deliver their babies at Duke University Hospital and Duke Regional Hospital. If you choose Duke Women’s Health Heritage in Wake Forest or Blue Ridge OB-GYN Associates in Raleigh, you can deliver your baby at WakeMed North Family Health & Women’s Hospital.
High-Risk Pregnancy Care
Our obstetricians manage the most complex and high-risk pregnancies. In addition to caring for pregnant women with medical conditions, our perinatologists manage high-risk pregnancies in women carrying multiples (twins, triplets, and more), as well as women with placenta previa or placental implantation defects, conditions that involve abnormal placement or attachment of the placenta that can lead to significant complications.
Fertility: Help for Women Who Want to Conceive
We understand that infertility can be a challenging time and may heighten stress and anxiety, which can lead to physical or emotional turmoil. We use the latest diagnostic and imaging tests to determine the cause of your infertility and correct it with appropriate treatment options.
